Veterinary Assistant

Ashley started working with animals while still in high school, volunteering with one of her favorite animals, the hippos, at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.  After earning a bachelor’s degree in Zoology from Colorado State University, she worked for the next three years in animal behavior at the Larimer Humane Society.  Since moving from Ft. Collins to Colorado Springs, she has spent the last three years working with internal medicine.  Ashley is the proud mother of two dogs, Valentine & Champ, and two cats, Belle & Mandu.  In her free time, she enjoys snowboarding, traveling, and spending time with Casey, her husband of six years.
